Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
• Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
• Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with management when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company guidelines.
• Contribute to security efforts and prevent product theft.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English.
