Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for clients and meet their needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships for a personalized approach.
  • Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, complying with Prada's operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to high levels of security and remain vigilant to prevent product thefts.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Experience
