Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
- Maximize individual and team sales while providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
- Create a welcoming environment and meet client needs in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
