Role & Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Ensure high-quality sales and customer service to exceed KPI goals.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
• Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
• Resolve client complaints with the line manager and Client Service team.
• Maintain respect for products and operate with care.
• Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
• Collaborate with the Back of House for daily store operations and organized stock room.
• Comply with company procedures on operations, security, and reporting.
• Foster open communication and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury customer service.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand is required.
