Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using individual approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
- Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
