Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Munich — deliver luxury client service, manage CRM and achieve sales targets in a flagship boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised in-store experience by welcoming and serving clients with professionalism and discretion.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through individualised service and proactive clienteling using CRM and digital platforms.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling and cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product assortments, seasonal collections, fashion trends and competitive activity.
  • Ensure the shop floor and visual merchandising meet brand standards and comply with company operational and stock procedures.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
  • Contribute to loss prevention and security measures to protect merchandise and maintain a secure retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken German and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proven sales orientation with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Previous experience in luxury or high-end retail is preferred.

Experience
