Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and provide excellent service in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
- Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors, demonstrating brand and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints effectively by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with Prada's operational guidelines.
- Contribute to shop security and prevent product thefts.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English; Russian is a plus.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
