Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for clients, meeting their needs and requests while providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, offering a personalized approach and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with Prada's operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to security measures and remain vigilant to prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities Fluency in French and English

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
