Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Strong passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the managed product category. Fluency in spoken English.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
