Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the philosophy and values of Prada.
- Maximize sales performance by nurturing customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience, guiding clients into the world of Prada.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
- Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
