Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, conveying its philosophy and values to clients.
- Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ensure an excellent in-store experience and proactively engage in cross-selling across departments.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors, demonstrating brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards in shop floor presentation and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Experience in client relationship management and luxury retail sales is preferred.
