Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future engagement opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, while fostering a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively address customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of the managed product category Fluency in Spanish Advanced English proficiency is desirable

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management and sales.
