Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and strive to meet their needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
  • Ensure high-quality sales and customer service, surpassing KPI goals.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada and Miu Miu products, history, and culture.
  • Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and client service teams.
  • Operate with care and respect for products.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team and maintain an organized stock room.
  • Comply with company procedures on operations, security, inventory, and reporting.
  • Foster open communication with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin
