Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs, providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Surpass KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide advice.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category Fluency in spoken Mandarin

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
