Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand's philosophy and values to clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure superior service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
  • Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in meaningful discussions with clients and provide informed advice.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
  • Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and open communication, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships. Teamwork and independent work capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
