Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Create a welcoming environment and meet client needs in accordance with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture customer data in the CRM system to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and foster a positive working environment.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, following Prada's operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to security efforts to prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Turkish is advantageous.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
