Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Prada philosophy and values to clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service in-store and online.
  • Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships for personalized service and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with clients.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Host and conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
