Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable luxury experience for clients.
• Capture and manage customer data to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
• Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
• Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken English.
• Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
