Prada seeks a Client Advisor Intern in Paris for a 3‑month summer internship; client‑facing role in luxury retail.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and deliver a luxury in‑store experience reflecting the Maison’s standards.
  • Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling.
  • Use CRM and digital tools to manage client data, follow up on leads and maintain client engagement.
  • Maximise sales opportunities and facilitate cross‑selling across product categories to achieve individual KPIs.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product and brand knowledge and stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage client enquiries and disputes, escalating to the manager when appropriate.
  • Maintain store presentation and compliance with visual merchandising, stock procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security measures to prevent loss and ensure a safe retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong appetite for sales and client‑facing interaction.
  • Marked interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
  • Proven ability to create and develop client relationships.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Team player who can also work autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English; a third language is a plus.

Experience

Prior demonstrable client‑facing or retail experience is preferred; candidates should evidence experience building relationships and delivering personalised service.

Education

Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, fashion, luxury management or a related discipline is preferred for this internship.
