Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs with excellence in service.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
  • Ensure high-quality sales and customer service, surpassing KPI goals.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized service.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client services.
  • Handle products with utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with Back of House for store operations and stock management.
  • Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, and reporting.
  • Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

  • Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant sales experience.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics is advantageous.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales.
  • Good team player and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Experience
