Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category Fluency in English and French

Experience

Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients and working in luxury retail environments.
