Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
- Maximize individual and team sales while delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
- Create a welcoming environment, meeting client needs and providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-focused environment is preferred.
