Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs and requests are met with exceptional service.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
Skills
Experience
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
