Role & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively address customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.
Skills
Experience
Experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
