Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster relationships and offer personalized service.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, following company guidelines.
- Ensure security measures are upheld to prevent product theft.
