Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store experiences by welcoming and serving customers.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to security measures and prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
