Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador to convey Prada’s philosophy and values in every client interaction.
  • Welcome and assist customers, delivering a consistently exceptional in-store experience.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Proactively pursue sales opportunities and cross-sell across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date product, trend and competitor knowledge to advise clients confidently.
  • Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet company standards and operational procedures.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when required.
  • Contribute to store security and loss-prevention efforts.

Qualifications

  • Passion for client-facing sales and exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and sustain personalised client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour.
  • Curiosity about luxury fashion, art and design, and an aptitude for trend awareness.
  • Team-oriented with the capacity to work independently when needed.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Experience
