Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively manage customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
