Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences to customers, embodying the brand's values and philosophy.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
