Role & Responsibilities
- Serve customers by providing an exceptional in-store experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
Skills
Experience
Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
