Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and in-store experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with management as needed.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
