Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
