Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute cashier duties accurately during store opening and closing, verifying cash balances and equipment functionality.
• Issue invoices and tax-free documents in compliance with national and international regulations.
• Support customer transactions including prepayments, returns, and issuing vouchers or credit notes.
• Ensure accurate execution of CITES-related procedures for relevant products.
• Monitor and manage credit card settlements and bank deposits, ensuring no discrepancies.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and print reports, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Prepare and manage documentation for cash collection and deposits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Update customer database to reflect the latest information.
• Manage petty cash according to company policies, ensuring proper usage and adherence to limits.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and affinity with the Prada brand.
• Experience in inventory management or cash handling is welcomed.
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel; Vlookup and Pivot skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work physically and enjoy active tasks.
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion brands, or customer support roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize accuracy and possess a customer-centric mindset.
• Confidence in problem-solving and logical thinking.
• Comfortable with English as the system language is in English.
• Professional demeanor and ability to take responsibility for tasks.

Skills

Experience

Experience in cash handling or inventory management is preferred, though not mandatory. Experience in luxury retail or fashion brands is advantageous.
