Role & Responsibilities
- Execute cash opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash availability and equipment functionality.
- Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local laws.
- Support advances, returns, and issuance of vouchers and credit notes to customers.
- Follow CITES procedures for applicable products.
- Monitor credit card payments and bank transfers.
- Conduct daily cash register closing and verify daily cash intake.
- Prepare paying-in slips and manage documents for periodical withdrawals.
- Update the company’s customer database.
- Manage petty cash in compliance with corporate procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in a related field, preferably within the retail channel.
- Fluency in spoken German and English.
