Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading a team of approximately 30 members.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards.
- Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to enhance revenue.
- Report pertinent information to the Head Office.
- Execute administrative and accounting responsibilities, and assist in planning, organization, and reporting.
- Maintain store image and product care in alignment with corporate standards, ensuring team commitment to these standards.
- Optimize merchandise and inventory management in collaboration with store and stock management.
Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Completed commercial training in retail, ideally with a degree.
- Extensive experience in a similar role with people management responsibilities.
