Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring the overall success of the store.
  • Cultivate a client-centric environment through exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive and maximize sales performance.
  • Motivate the store team to surpass their KPIs.
  • Manage and coach the store team to foster internal growth and succession planning.
  • Ensure the team is well-informed on Prada Group information, product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

  • Represent the company in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
  • Meet store budgets and control expenses.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events.
  • Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
