Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve store targets.
- Develop and implement business plans to enhance store profitability.
- Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Implement clienteling initiatives to secure client loyalty and increase spending.
- Promote a culture of private appointments.
- Foster an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment through effective communication.
- Ensure the team is well-informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to attract clients.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback based on store needs.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is desirable.

Proven experience in a similar retail management role within the luxury fashion industry.
