Trade Marketing Manager
Pomellato is hiring a Trade Marketing Manager in New York to lead regional trade, COOP and client engagement strategies across the Americas.

Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global brand initiatives into localized trade marketing programs, toolkits and retail activations tailored to the Americas.
- Partner with wholesale and commercial teams to build, negotiate and activate annual COOP marketing plans that drive in‑store visibility and sell‑through.
- Lead regional clienteling and VIP engagement initiatives in collaboration with CRM and retail leadership, designing events and experiences that strengthen high‑value relationships.
- Identify and activate strategic local partnerships, cultural moments and collaborations that broaden brand reach and generate commercial opportunities.
- Own end‑to‑end program development: concept, execution, budget oversight, vendor management and post‑activation analysis.
- Manage the regional trade marketing budget with disciplined tracking of spend, performance and ROI.
- Create executive‑level presentations and distill complex data into compelling narratives for commercial and leadership audiences.
- Establish and maintain processes, timelines and reporting frameworks to streamline cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute COOP and retail activation plans in collaboration with wholesale partners.
- Advanced presentation skills with the ability to deliver refined, executive‑level materials.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience measuring program ROI and managing budgets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5+ years in trade marketing, brand partnerships, retail marketing or commercial marketing within luxury, premium consumer goods, fashion, beauty, hospitality or lifestyle sectors, with a track record of translating brand direction into commercially successful programs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience. MBA is a plus.
