Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales landing projections by channel and region, ensuring alignment with sales and finance teams.
- Conduct merchandise planning by channel and update and analyze collections.
- Oversee the end-to-end packaging process, including supplier coordination, inventory allocation, distribution planning, and tracking of production and scheduled deliveries.
- Assist in generating reports, analysis, and KPIs to support supply chain decision-making processes.
- Update and analyze Open to Buy, including report preparation and presentation.
- Elaborate on production needs for permanent and new collections.
- Participate in the forecasting process for new collections with sales merchandising, monitor weekly canvass, and track sales post-launch.
- Contribute to improving service levels by optimizing inventory allocation and distribution while tracking and prioritizing production planned deliveries to minimize stockouts.
- Liaise regularly with brand stakeholders, including sales merchandising, product marketing, retail, and wholesale operations, to collect quantitative and qualitative inputs influencing demand behavior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain-related fields.
- Demonstrated passion for analysis and process optimization.
