Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum sales and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with Pomellato's standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage inventory, merchandise presentation, and stock levels in collaboration with the corporate office.
- Oversee store operations, including compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, minimizing dissatisfaction.
- Report and address any theft or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare staff schedules and approve time-off requests in line with corporate policies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
