Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service, fostering customer relationships and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution for both customers and the company.
- Support boutique operations, maintaining top quality in all aspects.
- Adhere to company compliance, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with the annual stock take.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
