Role & Responsibilities

  • Support regional teams in commercial budgeting through data analysis and engagement with General Managers.
  • Implement reporting systems to ensure relevant KPIs and performance metrics by channel.
  • Lead the development and updates of BI tools, dashboards, and reports with internal and external partners.
  • Gather and share regional business insights with teams, including Finance and Marketing.
  • Promote a data-driven mindset by defining KPIs and dashboards across key functions such as Retail, Wholesale, and CRM.
  • Translate business needs into data models that support global and regional decisions, considering market trends.
  • Provide data and insights to support strategic projects and performance reviews.
  • Recommend new tools and systems to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
  • Develop, implement, and advise on international pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance and Product teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles, preferably within retail or consumer goods.

Skills

Ability to transform complex data into business-relevant insights. Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. Experience in data modeling and structuring analytical frameworks. Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership. Proactive and self-driven with a focus on delivery and results. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sectors.
