Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional luxury customer service, fostering customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Support boutique operations, maintaining top quality standards.
  • Adhere to company compliance, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with annual stock takes.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands preferred.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
