Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver luxury customer service, fostering customer relationships and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Support boutique operations, maintaining top quality standards.
- Adhere to company compliance, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in annual stock takes.

- Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands preferred.
- Immediate availability preferred.
