Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver luxury customer service and build customer relationships and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution to the satisfaction of both customers and the company.
- Support boutique operations, maintaining top quality in all aspects.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual stock takes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
