Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service, fostering customer relationships and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolutions align with customer satisfaction and company standards.
- Support boutique operations, maintaining top-quality standards.
- Adhere to company compliance, conducting regular stock checks and assisting in the annual stock take.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
