Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive retail sales by effectively selling merchandise.
  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets set by management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Maintain awareness of product information and inventory.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and manage cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling.
  • Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
  • Ensure the store is orderly and adhere to presentation standards for jewelry.
  • Coordinate merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
  • Assist in merchandise processing, replenishment, and floor stock monitoring.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
  • Manage deliveries, including lifting and stocking merchandise.
  • Communicate customer requests to management.
  • Participate in inventory management through cycle counts and semi-annual audits.
  • Report any theft or suspected theft to appropriate parties immediately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
  • Experience in building lasting relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adaptability to changing customer and business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
