Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and proactively identify customer needs throughout the buying journey to ensure an excellent, personalised service.
  • Act as a visible Brand Ambassador, presenting collections in line with brand standards and communicating the maison’s values and product story.
  • Drive sales performance by converting client interactions into transactions and contributing to store targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a network of clients, including VIPs, through active prospecting, follow‑up and clienteling.
  • Provide expert advice on product characteristics, styling and trends specific to jewellery, and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
  • Execute day‑to‑day administrative tasks using MS Office and Outlook, including client records, appointment scheduling and sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure a polished store environment and a consistent luxury customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client advisory or sales role within a luxury, high‑service retail environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with an international clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset, high integrity and an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook for sales administration and client management.

Experience

Several years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail sales or client advisory, preferably with direct experience selling jewellery or high‑value accessories and working in a customer‑service focused environment.
