Role & Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales at the store level by selling merchandise.
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals established by management.
• Provide a friendly environment with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and merchandise.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountabilities.
• Build and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Unload deliveries and stock in appropriate areas.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Participate in inventory management through cycle counts and semi-annual counts.
• Report any theft or suspected theft immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Self-sufficient and proactive attitude.
• Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Agility in adapting to customer and business needs.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
