Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within the boutique by effectively selling merchandise.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets set by management.
  • Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
  • Provide a welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging each customer while maintaining outstanding standards and product knowledge.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product information and merchandise.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and manage cash and media accounts at the register.
  • Build and establish strong client relationships through clienteling.
  • Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store upkeep.
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times, adhering to proper attire and jewelry presentation procedures.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and practices, including loss prevention.
  • Unload deliveries, which may include lifting and transporting boxes, and store them appropriately.
  • Communicate customer requests to management.
  • Participate in all inventory counts.
  • Report any theft or suspicion of theft by customers or employees immediately to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Independent with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience

Previous retail experience is preferred.
